I think Kamala Harris has a duty on Monday to disqualify Trump's votes on the ground that he is an insurrectionist. She took an oath to uphold the Constitution. She did not take an oath to act like a "woke" person who doesn't make waves.

The only question is: Will Democratic leaders take the fight to Trump on this issue? Democrats don't control Congress but that doesn't mean they shouldn’t raise this legitimate issue in Congress.

SCOTUS allowed him to be on the ballot based on the principle that running for office is not actually being in office.
I don’t think anyone should just decide what parts of our constitution should be ignored.
