When you're young the ability to jump in a car and go wherever seems like this vital, intoxicating thing. As you age and become more established you realize that so much of your transportation needs are just local, and the simplicity and joy of bikes become the vital, intoxicating part of the deal.

Also, I just love this Azor dutch bike that's literally called the "The Tank" and can haul up to 440 lbs 🤯

Somebody else replied about the Plain Bicycle Project out of Winnipeg. But they are not able to sell their used bikes internationally. I am considering a road trip up to Winnipeg to get one 😆

I was recently wondering this myself because I also want a Dutch step-through bike! So far, it seems like the two best options are Amsterdam Bicycle Company (aka Azor) and Workcycles. Both ship to the US so I am thinking about buying one and asking my local bike shop to assemble it.
