The large providers are a rip off. EE will cap your speeds to 100mb unless you fork out a pony each month.

I lent a phone and called them. *Finally* was provided the MMI number and dialed it. Within 5 minutes, the issue was confirmed to be iDMobile. They raised a ticket with 3. It was fixed the next day.

I told them it MUST be a network issue, I was told it wasn't. I was told my device was not supported by their network. My device had worked on their network for exactly 12 months.
