Because it starts with leadership. The leader sets the tone, establishes the culture as well as thought and decision making processes. Look at the difference in leadership and results between Biden and Trump.
A different leader would change SpaceX.

Stop facilitating arms trades to them. Sanction them. Join the UN motions condemning them. Join the ICJ. Cut diplomatic ties. Condemn them breaking international law. The options are almost limitless.

These are the various flavours of chocolate ice cream available at La Casa Gelato in Vancouver. They have over 250 flavours of ice cream, sorbet, and gelato.
Ice cream can help soothe sad feelings. Treat yourself. 🌸

We bought a Hyundai Kona EV. Had to pay an extra $200 to get a colour other than black or white.

Press Conferences are meant to be recorded. Stills, video, audio, written word. That’s the point of them. “Dear press: I have a message I want you to spread.”

I don’t love Carney, but the clean drinking water file is being addressed. A lot of progress has been made.

We trusted that a home with lovingly cared for and displayed tools would be safe. The plumbing/electrical is fine, but the previous owner didn’t buy into “measure twice, cut once”. Replaced a lot of trim - none cut and set properly. Not a craftsman. 🤷‍♀️

Yes. This is worrying. When climate change really starts to hit hard and people are displaced, where are they going to go?

We’ll see. I’m waiting for 1) tangible action on ending the genocide in Gaza and 2) how “build better, faster” impacts efforts to mitigate climate change.

I worked at Mother Tuckers in Ottawa in the early 80s. Big, all you can eat buffet, with Prime Rib as the center piece. Min wage job. No tips.
Every night when I left my first act was to shower off the beef smell.
There is no fluffing way I’m gonna rub beef grease on my body by choice.

Is this Bonnie Henry’s work again? Why does she hate kids? Maybe she’s planning the next report she wants to author. #FireBonnie

Agreed. But the Israeli gov’t and its supporters say that that anyone who objects to genocide hates Jews.
It serves the Israeli gov’ts purpose to have people conflate Judaism and Israel.

Sometimes your jokes are funny. This one is not. I would guess that at least 50 families in Canada would not find it funny. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_...

Are they going to start recruiting from cheer teams so that QBs can be tossed over the opposing team’s defense?

I need an emotional hook. (Ie, national pride). I never watched the NBA playoffs before. Now I’m cheering for the Pacers because I miss Pascal Siakam.
