You've just reminded me that Evolution had a cartoon. I can't even remember if I liked it. I think it was alright, but it always ended with them making a new goo and just disolving the bad guys. Seeing the big bad take on a new form every episode was pretty neat though.

Yeah I guess I'll check it out.

Semi-unrelated, but I thought if they ever made an Undertale movie, it should be a bunch of kids putting on a play that recreates the events of the game, and something going wrong on opening night. Most of the main characters aren't seen or heard. Maybe Papyrus is credited as director/playwrite.

I agree with the general sentiment, but TLoU feels much more at home in the form of prestige TV. Even the game felt like a TV show.

I'm not sure what to say other than, don't sweat it, and take all the time you need. Your own peace of mind comes first.

I was glad Yahtzee took a crack at Rouguelikes since he couldn't be on the Windbreakers covering it.

I think he gets it, he just doesn't have a retort to 'God is an ever-receeding pocket of scientific ignorance'. I dunno if that's something he or someone else has coined before, but it's poetic af.

But no one else was speaking out against Hitler except Maher. And in a way, isn't it an honour? Humble orphan Bill, to be invited to the Third Reich.

I read this whole thing thinking you were talking about animation. It was a confusing few seconds.

But it's content! It's content Stu! Stu it's content Stu! Stu!! Stu. Content. Content Stu! (I'm a little tempted by Lilo & Stitch, if only because they got Chris Sanders back, but I'll probably wait until the reviews come in.)

I mean 101 Dalmations was alright.

Theoretically I could see a fantasy reality where they actually do some daring things with the adaptation. Instead it's 80% 'remember this?', 10% half-measure token changes, and 10% 'Rogue One' syndrome. Y'know that thing that was questionable but basically fine? We fixed it, and now it's worse.

So if things have gotten that bad, it's way worse for power-holders, because people with nothing to leverage against them, and no stake in the status quo are more likely to say 'fuck you'. I guess there's not really a 'plan' or anything, but it still seems weird things are allowed to get so bad.

Obvious thing to say, but I feel like kids are one of the most important parts of a capitolist econamy, because people with families relying on them are more inclined to stick it out and eat shit no matter how bum the deal is. The ultimate negative/positive reinforcement loop. [1/2]

If only someone made an AI to automatically block all other AIs. They could call it DAE Walker.

I'm guessing it was feeding, and it didn't clock the guy just happened to be in the way. It did look like a stormy day.

I've enjoyed this show, but stretches of 4 were pretty exhausting. Hopefully it manages to end strong.
