Yes. I've also noticed it's harder, though not impossible, to find colorful Pridewear this year. Levis Pride line is subdued. I saw a Skullcandy ad touting cammo as "for Pride." Even the ACLU collection is muted and earth tone-y. Kinda the opposite there, Skullcandy.

When I started teaching at one school, I discovered the Physics Dept.'s trebuchet in a little-used stairwell. After I innocently noted that 1. We had a trebuchet 2. Lots of people were giving away tomatoes that spring 3. We were in contract negotiations... ... the trebuchet was relocated.

I loathe him too. But he is human. People deciding who counts as human and who doesn't is precisely what makes fascism wrong. He doesn't get let off the hook of being human, and thus fully responsible for his depravity.
