I have 5 kids from 29 - 40. Was a mom with at least 1 kid at home from the time I was 23 until I was 54. They are successfully launched & it is lovely to have time, money, & energy to hang with the grands, volunteer, travel, & just be. Launched myself into retirement last week. Life is good.
