A little more wordy than I would have liked, but it's waaaay past my bedtime. (Sorry C, my up-in-the-middle-of-the-night-with-an-infant are three decades behind me. But do have fun with yours!) github.com/trinkel/0-in...

I agree that there seem to be more possible pairs in the first example. I don't think I get the question and it might have something to do with "where each number is in each array". Maybe I'm just being dense, but I don't follow what that means. The answer doesn't fit what I imagine that to mean.

It's not as common as it used to be, or at least the DEFCON level is lower. It's much easier to discuss with the designer options for turning the piece into a website. In most cases they realize they are coming to a web guy for that expertise. On the other hand, there are still assholes out there.

Left-handed baseball glove (for the right hand) is all I can think of. I golf and bat right handed. By the time I tried left-handed scissors I was so used to right-handed that it just felt weird. Sometimes in school I would flip a spiral notebook over and write in it from the back.

I noticed you didn’t give her the $150 Apple keyboard. Probably wise.

So, they eliminated the post of one of the three or four most important people who work there? Know there’s foresight for you. I’d hire you on a sec, but you don’t want to work here. Thank god you are so fucking marketable. Good luck my dude!

Ya know, one of these day I WILL get `.reduce()`. I think I'm getting close

Congratulations @cassidoo.co ! Take it easy. We’ll miss you, but we’ll be here when you get back.

Oh for gods sake, I needed this last week! Actually, I was going to use it, but after digging, I didn’t think it had the format I needed. It does.

I'd like to say the equation has been banging around inside my head since high school algebra, but that would be a lie. Temporal will be nice. It's a bit sad that dealing with date formats for the proof (see the repo) was more work than than figuring out the discount 🤣 (github.com/trinkel/0-in...)

But if you make it prettier, won’t it be harder to set aside?

Hey @cassidoo.co! Here's my attempt: github.com/trinkel/0-in... Haven't had to think much about sets and unions since my Math for Elementary Education class in college. That's actually kind of shocking.

See the dot off on the other side of town? That's probably me. ([software, band, theatre]).nerd. 🤓 My brother, on the other hand, broke a sofa watching the Super Bowl when we were kids. 🥳

It was kind of a blast to an earlier life seeing PostScript mentioned in the RPN article at Wikipedia. Who all out there has programmed in PostScript 🙋‍♂️. Here's my evaluator. So hard to avoid using `eval()` even though its in the name: github.com/trinkel/0-in...

Seeing the code would be interesting. If the numbers are duplicated, I would think they should get the same aria-hidden treatment as the text. I could be wrong though, it’s been known to happen.

What a fun gift. Much deserved for all of your hard work! Keep rocking it. Learning would not be the same without you Kevin.

7 minutes in. I am so psyched to listen to this episode! New competition for the McElroys.

Oh god don’t get me started. One cabinet was for the disks and another was for the empty cases. Like the cases were just the gift wrap the things came in.

I’m going to say it sounds brilliant. Like something that could make my head explode. In a good way though.

You do make an excellent point about distributed material though. That’s something I will definitely think about in the future
comment in response to post
I see your point, and you are in a much better position to be making points about writing code than I. But literatures live in one’s own environment, not in the code itself. It’s a preference. And Butterick seems to take a different stance on another topic: practicaltypography.com/are-two-spac...

Then again, why I was taking Fortran as a theatre major is beyond me.

Then you turn the cards in and come back the next day for the answer to your function. If the tech came back to the counter burdened with a huge stack of paper, you knew from a distance you must have had an infinite loop.
