Based on the guidelines you outline, wouldn’t this be an easier class to create? Trying to be optimistic….

I had a host of options:
- the good faith of the US govt
- the sanity of the current admin.
- the role of Congress
- respect for the 1st amendment

If one uses “I can’t recall” more than once in a day, shouldn’t that be a sign that they are 1) lying 2) have memory issues and would therefore not be a suitable candidate and should seek medical attention.
Bove is clearly a liar. He probably should seek medical / mental help too

I know republicans would love to sweep this under the rug but I hope this stays in the public. The corruption and law breaking behavior is as clear as day. It is sad to say that I expect this and much worse from this administration. Everyone should read the full 25+ page letter.

We know a bunch of red states will ban providers because they are evil.
To prove a point, should a bunch of blue states ban other providers?
In the end, seems like Congress needs to act to rectify this misguided decision.
In the interim, people will be denied healthcare and will die

can I get a sanity check - is there now a formal Office of Propaganda in the US? This press conference is insane.

You know things didn’t go as “planned” when you have to read the assessments from all these organizations and then attack the media for reporting on what they know and not running patriotic stories of the military.

What a sign of weakness - going out and attacking the press while trying to pump up this bombing and the greatest of Trump. Why do they have to say this was the most complex mission ever when that is not true. D-day?

Miller must not remember he is/was Jewish and not really a member of this club. He is just a tool for his Christian Nationalist buddies. He is a true collaborator.

Me too. It is all very confusing and disturbing to think these people could be tortured / killed.

What is the role of international law here? Isn’t turning someone over to another govt where they are subject to being confined essentially slavery?

This is dark but we live in dark times. I imagine in real life, some republicans would actually allow Trump to physically hurt their families! Perhaps RFK will get their first though.

I can only think of Gilead when I see Kirk’s name. He is a true POS and an embarrassment as real men see their wives as partners, not housewives and/or baby factories.

For 27.68 per hour, one with military experience can find a safer job that doesn’t require you to compromise your morals, is on solid legal footing and where you aren’t actively supporting the rise of authoritarianism in the US.
