Yes, the kit is doing great on an old 90s Raleigh max MTB, 41 miles of easy use and still two bars of battery left, so I'm ok with that, also recently converted a road bike with a swytch kit, similar battery mileage to it but a fair bit lighter overall so easier to handle 😁

Strangely around Peterborough, taxi drivers seem to be the better drivers around cyclists, granted theyre still the worst around other drivers, but overall I've had good experiences with taxi drivers while cycling here.

I'm sure some people do run long distances, in the same way some people ride their bikes much further too, I'm not sure what your point is other than stating the bleeding obvious with a bit of childish insulting added too.

Thanks everyone, feel absolutely fine now I've had two stents fitted, all good, the first day of my recovery, feel a bit of a fraud though now I feel ok.

No, of course not, you'll need a 2 ton metal overcoat to be able to do that, also where would you carry your fridge that everyone else needs in their car if you cycle everywhere?? 🤔😉

We've mostly ridden on cycle paths or trails over the last year, my enjoyment of cycling has hugely improved away from traffic (and away from twitter hate filled posters too!)
Paths like these, out in the country are great, although sometimes a little muddy, good luck with the garden centre visit!

😂😂 that's how it went for me about 6 years or so ago, everyone stopped including me, then over I went, in what felt like slow motion, it's a rite of passage, haven't done it since 😂

I've already done the "falling off in front of all my cycling friends when we stopped" on my road bike, have yet to try it on the MTB, always had flats, watch this space, although the pedals are at a minimum setting to make it easier to step out 😂😂
