Oh, Starcraft? That's the space-themed sequel to Minecraft, right?😁

Persona 4 is maybe my favorite game of all time. Just cheers me up to even think of it.

also, maybe people would trust the news media more if we didn't give platforms to open liars

I don't PC game as often as on console, but I'll probably pick it up again, soon as I get a new mouse. Here's the Steam deats.

Don't worry about politeness-the only Americans allowed to be polite are Upper Midwesterners, and that's just a shield for passive-agression, you betcha. We understand straightforwardness better.🙃
In all seriousness, thanks for the well-wishes. Too many of us succumb to despair when things go south.

The Secret Service will find him stress eating crayons with a broken gun and flash burns.😁

I never know what to say to folks in worrying health situations, other than the usual platitudes. So....sorry to hear about all the trouble you're enduring, and I hope it all works out.😟

Can Jimmy go five minutes without nearly dying and/or developing superpowers? Honestly, when's the last time he took some photos?

Well, they do call her Shulkie, so it's not that far off.

I'd highly recommend John Byrne's Sensational She-Hulk (1989) next. Probably her most famous run and just loads of fun each issue.
(Probably skip Mariko Tamaki's run though. You need to read Civil War 2 to understand what's up, and Civil War 2 is awful, so it's not worth it.)

I'm almost finished with this run. It's been really good so far. Glad Jen's recovering from all the garbage done to her these past years.

We just had to let all the evils out of the box (and get them to fight each other, natch) to find hope again at the bottom.

Sorry to hear that, Jimbo. My mother still struggles with that herself, so I understand how hard it can be. Hope you find some equilibrium, at least.

Being in politics means being yelled at. Period. If they can't handle it, they should get a job more suited for their temperament.

Yeah, can't argue that point. 😔

Yep. Too many people who view female characters solely through the lens of "Are they too sexualized, or not enough?". Always attracts Chuds and Terfs.

Oh, that old argument. This happens pretty much any time you get a female character that is small, whether they're a child or not. Folk assume they only exist to bait the pedophiles. It's irritating.

I don't know what the context is, but I've long since learned that gamers will be weird about any woman in a game in some way.

This goes double for the ignorant jackasses fetishizing "samurai honor" or other such rot. I will go to my grave cursing the idea of honor. It's a cowards' substitute for ethics.

*Looks around nervously*
Honestly, this State of Play was the first gaming news I've found interesting in, like, months. 🤫
New Nioh, new Bloodstained, bunch of other stuff I like or could like.
