I don't know why anyone would be going to Amazon to discuss thought leadership surrounding genai. It takes five minutes of basic reading to understand just how much of a laggard they are in this space. I'm biased, but I'm not blind either...

They're really milking this new release for all it's worth. Except in this instance it's almond milk, and the almonds are the size of a grain of sand..usb-c and an action button.

I'd say it's hardware - potentially the replacement screen is faulty or has debris somewhere under the screen that is causing the screen to trigger like it's being touched.
