Can't house the homeless, but we have an infinite pile of money for when our cops do the crimes they love so much

Imagine having the impunity to justify shooting an unarmed and unaware civilian in the back on television. The fact that a city can just write a check and excuse this sort of trash is unacceptable. And there's still going to be people telling me the cops need MORE and not less.

I know/knew of it from reputation and I think that's amazing. The best part of any fan convention I ever went to was telling someone how much I loved something they made. I'm glad your dad got to experience some positivity for his efforts.

I've never seen Emma criminalize a homeless person, or shrug as a third of a state is burned to the ground by one of his campaign contributors so...

always so stupid. They'll sell tactical backpacks (wtf that is supposed to do) for little kids at schools, charge you with a crime for wearing armor- but wont do fuck all about the thing that launches metal at your body expressly to kill you.

Thanks Shane. I'm doing the best I can with what we got. Sometimes I can zone out and play with the nieces laughing on fortnite. Other times I just cry through my job. I absolutely get people not wanting to peek into that.

old school twitter, I let the follower count work as a form of soft verifying. "someone with 10m followers can't be terrible, right?"
I was so naive.
I've spent the past year depressed about my dying cat. I don't fault people for not wanting a day by day blow with allll the rest of life.

I don't generally follow/unfollow based on respect. Interesting stuff, funny stuff, personal relationships, things I found interesting, things I want to ask about later. I never view it as transactional.

Not sure why people still require empirical evidence that something which sucks, still sucks.

that's how I was with leverage. Ended up binging it because it was exactly my jam...along with the revival.

I worked graveyard for 15 years so I missed a lot of first run TV. I also had to pay per episode to watch most so I was choosy.

I also just found out that the Detour isn't available on physical media OR streaming so that itch is going to remain unscratched.

the first two seasons were some of the most laugh out loud wtf I had in a long time. the cast was on point. The closest vibe I can compare it to is "Party Down" but that's not really a fair comparison.
