I really like this piece. One of the gripes I often have with Torino art (aside from the obvious fat erasure) is that she often doesn’t look like she has fur, just pure white skin. With this, however, it’s pretty clear she has fur. You can see the small tufts sticking out in random places. I love it

Fascism as an ideology is built upon fear. It incites and feeds of fear, and as a result attracts individuals who are easily made afraid. Those who are prone to fear are ultimately spineless cowards.

The Oregon zoo is a non-profit that focuses on rehabilitating wild animals. They have Sampson here because he was injured and they are rehabilitating them. When the animals they shelter are properly rehabilitated, they are released back into the wild. Please do some research before posting.

I actually really like this piece! A lot of the time, you draw your characters being really expressive, and I really like that. This piece, however, has Salem with a more neutral expression. It kinda makes him feel more like a real person, and I like that!

I don’t understand why people throw “gooner” around like an insult. Like
1) 9 times out of 10 it’s not actually art designed to be horny and is just queer art.
2) SO WHAT? So what if it’s art made to make people horny? Let people make what they want to make!

I mean to say Sprited Away is a normal Isekai
comment in response to
post
…no???
Spirited away isn’t even a reverse Isekai, the main character goes to another world!
And Inyuasha isn’t all that much of an Isekai because it doesn’t really follow the tropes of an Isekai.
The other two I haven’t watched, but still. You’re putting words in my mouth.

It tells you it’s an isekai set in the real world. What’s the reverse on an “other world”? Our world. It takes like two second of actual thought to piece this together

As a (former) cis guy, I never really got this. Like why did they want to date literally every girl who was nice to them? Like I’m nice to people by default, it doesn’t mean I want to date each and every person I set my eyes on.
I mean I am Ace so that probably factored into it but still!

I saw people talking about it and my first thought was “wow, this sounds EXACTLY like Sword Art Online”
Glad to see I wasn’t wrong

It follows the tropes of Isekai, if it was set on another planet that was similar to earth, very little would change. It is for all intents and purposes and Isekai

Look, I don’t want to come off as angry, but all language and terms are made up. If people say “reverse isekai” and you know what they mean, then I don’t see the problem. It’s a commonly accepted subgenre
comment in response to

Just because it was genre-defining doesn’t mean it’s good. It’s still a shallow power fantasy about how MANLY and STRONG the protagonist is. It enforces the idea that traditional masculinity is the only way to be “strong” and anyone who isn’t “strong” is beneath those who are

Oh no, I agree that billionaires shouldn’t exist. I’m just saying that their existence isn’t necessarily the crime, but the methods that they took to become one.
comment in response to

Billionaires chose to not give their money back to the community, they chose to hoard it like a dragon. Their crime is greed and avarice, not existence.

If this kind of stuff actually worked, then diseases wouldn’t have been an issue in the Medieval times when they used these kind of treatments.

I feel like your art has genuinely made me feel more comfortable about myself. I was born male, and still mostly identify as male, but I’ve always had a weirdly curvy figure. It was always a major point of insecurity for me, but I notice I’ve cared about it less and less recently, so thanks!

That the students who were brutalized Weill be treated way worse under Trump. This election isn’t for getting a good person into office, it’s to prevent the fascist from getting in. Sure the democrats aren’t good, but it’s better than that.

Subtly telling people to not vote during an election where one side is a straight-up fascist doesn’t feel too radical

It’s more like a lesser of two evils. The democrats suck, but they’re still better than the republicans (and since US elections suck voting third party is effectively throwing away your vote). It sucks, but doing something is better than nothing.

This is not the time to post this. The republicans winning this election in the USA will guarantee Project 2025 passing. Project 2025 would be disastrous for citizens of the US. Voting doesn’t do much, but it’s better than sitting on your ass and doing nothing.

Benefiting from a system does not mean you still can’t criticize it. I’m white, but that doesn’t mean I’m not allowed to say that White Privilege is a bad thing .
