Most drastic gameplay changes is how power-ups function: Now they expire after a time, *and* act as your shields. If you get hit while having a power-up, you lose that weapon instead of a life.

Some of my Logo Writer 3 school work from when I was 11 years old:

Cute Bear Doom anyone?

I have a take as well: "Manhunter" is prime remake material.

Good night.

Turns out all tools to unpack Unity asset data files are easily available.

"Platypus Reclayed" is a from the ground up remake of "Platypus" (2002). The only reused assets seem to be sound effects and music. Little changes throughout. Just finished playing the demo.

John Carpenter on the fight scene in "They Live" (1988).

Who also had their math teachers tell them: "What are you gonna do, walk around with a calculator in your pocket for the rest of your life?"?. Funny how that worked out.

I've never seen this game before. It is very much a Pirates! clone, but - Fully voiced and animated. - With fist person 3D-ish view from the deck. - It's officially edutainment! This aspect is accomplished by showing encyclopedia pages every so often. Still, it's crazy they got away with that title.

Feels like it's a very bold move for a Sid Meier's Pirates! clone to title itself "Pirates". youtu.be/XiGB4ylegAE?...
