Depends on what you mean by OVA. The PS3 fighting game .hack//VERSUS only came on a "hybrid disc" which has .hack//The Movie Beyond the World on a disc layer that any BluRay player can play and on another layer the PS3 game. But in secret there's a OVA you can unlock after beating the fighting game.

Which is funny to me because Bandai of America was pitching .hack at E3 2002 as "Bandai America announces .hack the matrix concept arrives on the PS2!". After watching .hack//SIGN, it felt .hack was nothing like the Matrix and was entirely Serial Experiments Lain vibes.

The Ollie stores were selling display boxes of starters and boosters for $9.99 a sealed display box set. That’s 6 starter decks per starter display box and 30 packs of boosters per booster display box. That’s 33 cents per booster pack. I’d call first before driving to one.
