Once X changed their terms to make it so any art posted on X now was legally able to be used for AI training, artists fled from X on mass to bluesky. Then Trump won election and so political creators and progressives fleeing here. Now almost 20 million users and growing

A lot of successful social medias are built on the backs of artists. Artists don't like threads cause of their censorship policies so they stuck with X until Bluesky became the better alternative. First people on this site was artists and furrys lol. Bluesky use to be invite only for like a year
