If they don’t have a way to gather and trade my data like Pokémon cards then how will I continue to get my 2AM “you up” texts from my f-boy Chuck Schumer?

Oh, yes, now I get your point. Honestly, I just assumed this was well established.

My interpretation of what Sam said is that Kat’s campaign does not sell or share user info, and that they do not have any agreement with ActBlue to trade data for $, but that doesn’t mean they are vouching for the integrity of other campaigns.

Listen, people, the Sleeper Cells are every bit as real as the immigrants eating your pets and the kitty litter boxes in classrooms and the caravans of insane asylum patients about to cross the border! Do you really think we’d just make stuff up to scare you?!

If Sleeper Cells aren’t a real threat, then why are people talking about them after I just held a press conference telling you that they definitely probably maybe exist?!

I have never in my life hoped so actively that an envelope of anthrax managed to slip through the U.S. Postal Service mail sorting machines.

And I’ll tell you something right now, but I’m not listening to one more minute of people hating on her. Yeah, we need to stop looking to celebrities for guidance on how to live, but when they spend decades showing us who they are and we still try to tear them down, it says A LOT about who we are.

Also—NEWSFLASH—they already won. Some people are fighting to take it back.

I wish it were even that. It’s actually “Let them oppress you so they don’t oppress me!”

We’ve been saying for some time that people need to stop just recording raids and then typing our outrage into the void. We need to put our bodies between the fascists and our friends. That’s what’s happening in L.A.. People have had enough.

When it happens, it will just seem to me like any other word salad in a white Calibre font set against a mountain horizon at dusk. I will have no clue that I have finally been set free.

Don’t get me wrong: There’s a bunch that sucks about life in the early 21st Century, but I’m a big fan of pills that make you hurt less, heal quicker, and not die.

Is it too much to ask that members of Congress and cabinet members sit for like a 2-hour “refresher” training on the Constitution?
Make it fun and have some b-list celebrity just go over the document. Hell, I’d be ok if we broke it up into 5 minute podcast format videos so they don’t get distracted.

None of this really matters that much since, by the end of the Trump administration I suspect we are going to be in more of a “cans of soup for bullet shell casings” barter economy.

I absolutely hold Republicans responsible for all of this, and I want to force them out and make them face the consequences of their crimes.
The problem is that I just don’t know how we do that without first being able to access the elected leaders on our own side.

They obviously have not established a line based solely on corruption, because surely that threshold has already been passed.
So is the standard based on accumulated means and declared intent, or is it on a specific act?
Will we wait until he actually pulls the trigger before we take the gun away?
