It would be on a state to state level, so it's not hard to guess where things aren't taught. I have 4 teens/young adults and they all know how vax works - mostly from higher level science classes. They also are VERY media savvy and have all had direct instruction in media literacy- in a blue state

The woman profiled seemed like a low info target to me. Involvement in "health" MLM indicates susceptibility and gullibility. She even says how doing her own "research" online is what changed her mind. But in both directions, she's kind of displaying how easy it would be to sway her thinking.
