Phil Collins? West Side Story? Mac? Makes a difference as to which one you should pick

Oh man, I haven't thought about this in a while!

Riga and Tommy

I grew up with retired show dogs like these Also called Russian Wolfhounds A similar breed, the saluki, doesn't have the curly hair We had 5: Riga & Rasputin were borzois; Yonti & Tommy were salukis; we then later took on an extra tall one due to disease, but I don't recall the name, he was young

😂 I think I made my position clear – I accept not winning because I didn't *write* "The Beatles" in my pre-guess And now, we have a new rule – if the answer appears (for whatever reason or intent) in the pre-guess, it counts If it doesn't? No soap

This should help you find him

To clarify: The fail rate was 20% previously, and is now 16%? BTW, I had a day of failure at Disneyland recently using ChargePoint, and could only get it to charge a minute at a time (earlier in the month, it worked fine, was probably the station)

Anyone who won't hire you because you're critical of AI content probably will eventually try to replace you with AI if they can Not someone worth working for

The "warm" spices are very popular in sauces in Southeast Asia (as I recently learned), and if you watch @tastinghistory.bsky.social, you'll discover they were pretty popular with meat in the 13th-18th centuries Basically, royals put anything expensive on their meat

However, heaven forbid I DO want to post, it can be annoying to find where the answer is, especially on an active server The nice thing is I can mark a whole folder as read, which saves some time
comment in response to post
I find two things help with it being overwhelming: 1) Grouping my servers into folders 2) Turning off notifications on servers that I only joined for when I want to ask questions, which I do as soon as I add them Then the red dots go away, but I still see the white ones

That's fair As a forum, it can get chaotic, and hard to keep track of threads, that's the issue I have on most of the support Discords

I actually like Discord (at least the way I run my channel) but some servers get k-razy Also I don't really want Nitro, Microsoft

Oh, sure, I get that I just mean that the degree to which we should care should be at least partly based on how close to core the class is
comment in response to post
It does point to two things: 1) The degree you're going for should determine how seriously this is taken 2) Why exactly are we giving the assignments Oh, and the easy way around this? Have periodic assignments where students have to handwrite a paper during a class session, no devices

My strategy? Read the first and last pages, turn to 9 random pages, find a good quote on each, then form a thesis around them Yes, I should have read the books, but sincerely didn't have the time My way still taught me things, and was mine, but perhaps there IS something wrong with the system?

This will surely make a generation unable to compete with the AI that could replace them That said In college, I had many meaningless English paper assignments. For some reason, my HS AP English didn't count, had to take another English course as a physics major. Seemed a waste of time
