As a Canadian who used to consider him a hero, it breaks my heart to see his legacy destroyed. He's such a loser now.

Happy birthday to her!! Mine turns 12 very shortly. She loves reading the "Wings of Fire" series by T Sutherland. The graphic novels are great as well. Vol 1 pictured here:

This is for toooooo many the ONLY voice of reason on Fox News. Just a million times better than a Repub on CNN or MSNBC. So I have to disagree. She takes a lot of crap but she absolutely serves a purpose and is exceptionally good at it. She takes crap but she gives it back more often than you think!

As well as fewer physical units at most smaller retailers, especially in rural areas. Just like Covid, people expect higher prices now, so companies will oblige. :(

Still there in spirit. Likely a poltergeist

It was so meta and 4th wall breaking that I understood the clear message for this movie was... "we were forced to make this, and you're part of the problem for watching this". So even if I did enjoy (small parts of) it, I would never admit it. 😑

Called it. Even without inflation or tariffs... and I don't think it will ever go down in price either. :(

Incredibly well said. Anyone promoting LLM's as a learning tool without that background is immediately suspect. Even after it becomes more reliable.

I have a lot of respect for Mark's opinions on a lot of subjects and his pharma company is amazing... But this is incredibly BAD ADVICE. There are other free or very cheap resources for learning that doesn't involve unreliable and data/energy hungry LLM's.

What I truly don't understand is how so many people could not see past the really obvious grift. ANd voted for him TWICE?! Even after they buy his gold plated 'money' and chinese made bibles. He currently has a 46% approval rate in the US. Way more than just 'MAGA' crowd in the US.

This is what I hope the history books will remember during these 'Trump years'. He is, at best, a useful idiot for those that propped him up. A terrible liar and a terrible con artist. He talks like a mob flunky that gets whacked in the first 10 min of the movie for 'flapping his lips too much'.

A lot of pain, no gain. Then more pain.

Almost every game that has come out with a female prot in last 5 years has had 'anti-woke' backlash. Small but very vocal group of incel trolls. Upcoming games too, like Fable and of course GTA6 come to mind...

Very nice. Nailed it.

Definitely need to try Ghost of Tsushima. Otherwise the Bioshock collection are another must-try series. Assassin's Creed Odyssey is another masterpiece. Can't go wrong with any of these.

It has lost all relevance in the zeitgeist. There is no reforming of anyone's preconceived beliefs or inspring someone to be better or think for themselves. It's a lost cause, Michael. Please give a heartwarming last call for decency and then exit gracefully. But maybe it's the $ that keeps you?

I heard it was... a movie. Care to verify?

I had middling hopes so a middling score is apt. Love Anthony Mackie and liked the Disney+ series more than most. Far better than Secret Wars. I will reserve final judgement until I watch myself, but yeah, such a shame still.

He'll eventually get tired of having to do all these 'pass the blame' press conferences after the 100th preventable disaster. He only does them when he KNOWS there are PILES of evidence showing his direct actions as the cause. The other other problem is even we may become desensitized to it. 🤬

He has telegraphed this for years now. That he was 'denied' his 'real 2nd term' in 2020's election. And all the so-called witch hunts stole his time away and that it is 'owed back' to him. This is not just boot licking. I can see this even getting passed by Senate sooner than later. :(

Is everyone really missing the obvious here? He will absolutely still send money to red states. With or without natural disasters. His whole deal is to only punish his 'enemies'. Cancel FEMA and then create a MAGA only version (and he'll get a cut too, of course).

My Boxing Day was spent hugging the porcelain throne for same reasons. I still wish you better omens for the new year!

I forced two of my friends to try it. They were both very ANGRY with me that I did. Like I forced them to try crack. Even their partners and kids got into it. If you have Apple Arcade you have NO excuse either. And it's only around $5 everywhere else. AMAZING FUN! And the DLC add-ons? Even better.

I don't disagree with you. Thinking game developers are INTENTIONALLY exclusionary is silly. But for every one critic of accessibility and difficulty options there are 1,000 very vocal 'game fans' who celebrate it's exclusions to those that can't play. That is the actual problem here.

I am terrified of this for my two young girls, yes. We constantly see cars zooming down our residential street at 3x the legal limit. The makers of those 'SLOW DOWN!' signs must be making a fortune. It's a tragedy.

So precioussssss!!! I am reading Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy to my daughter at the moment. My Marvin (the paranoid android) voice is trying (and failing) an Alan Rickman impression. Suffice to say, I won't be singing happy birthday to anyone with it. Sigh.
