(I really just need to ask about how to quote you, so if you're comfortable answering questions about that by public post it's fine to just do it here.)

Thanks so much! Would you mind dropping me a message? Yours aren't open so I can't message you.

I'm a journalist with the Nikkei (Japanese, business/finance media). Hoping I can get permission to quote you in an upcoming story about how high interest is hurting Americans. May I send you a DM and ask a few questions?

(I told him he should sign up for an account here as well, so if you want to just DM back and forth on this platform that should work too.)

One of my Japanese colleagues is writing the story, and he's hoping you might talk by phone sometime tomorrow (he's in NYC at the moment and is free 10am-7pm Eastern). Or it could be an email interview if that's easier.
Followed you so we can talk about the details by message.

That would be fantastic, thank you so much! In addition to fractional share availability I think one of the big differences between the US and Japan is how many "small time investors" there are here, so you're perfect!

I'm a journalist for a business & finance-focused Japanese publication (Nikkei, circulation 3 million). We're doing a story on American investors and are particularly interested in fractional shares. Any chance you'd be willing to chat with a reporter for the piece?

Hi! I'm a researcher for Nikkei (business/finance-focused Japanese publication, circulation 3 million). We're doing a story on retail investing in the US, and we'll mention the better availability of fractional shares here. Any chance you'd be willing to chat with a reporter for the piece?

Would you be able to talk to a reporter about this? Not necessary to name the contractor if they're not willing. We're doing a piece on the Kennedy Center and arts in the current political moment, with a focus on how artists will be impacted (and are trying to make an impact).

Would you be willing to do a short interview with a Japanese media outlet about this movement? We're covering the Tesla protests and are also interested in the #TeslaTakedown strategy!

What's the best way for media to request review copies? I don't see one on that website, shall I contact your publisher instead?

Yeah, the Court of Appeals in Albany is above appellate and he's still got 2 full days so I suppose he'll go for it. And is probably drafting the cert request simultaneously.
Seems like a lot to go through to avoid a wrist slap.

Can he go to the state Court of Appeals now, or is this it?

I'm a researcher for a Japanese publication looking for interviews with people who have moved states because of laws around reproductive health care. Long shot, but might your daughter be willing to comment?

I'm a researcher for a Japanese publication looking for interviews about how laws around reproductive healthcare (and politics in general) are influencing where Americans choose to live. Hoping you'll consider a short online interview! Thanks so much. :)

I'm a researcher for a Japanese media outlet looking for Americans to comment for a story about how laws around reproduction are influencing them (including where they choose to live). Any chance you'd be willing do a short online interview about how IVF + politics are impacting you?

beautifully captured, you can really feel the stark beauty of that place
nice to have been there with fewer people around, too

I agree with this. Once charging is ubiquitous I think more families will add one electric car, and once they find out how much cheaper it is to fuel and maintain, they're more likely to drop their ICEs. Renting a gas car for road trips will be cheaper than driving one all the time.

Is this document available online somewhere? I only know one place to search Delaware dockets and it wasn't up yet, nor was it on Courtlink...

It seems that some experts aren't familiar with NY white collar crime specifically, which seems like it would make a difference.

Oh, I see! That makes sense. I'm trying to disentangle the possibilities for the sentence and reputable outlets are publishing wildly divergent things — everything from 136 years, to a max of 20, to 4 concurrent, to house arrest and/or probation + a fine.
What kind of expert should I be seeking?
