If it wasn't Trump, high oil prices greatly benefit Russia and could even fully fund their war if high enough
... but Trump has shown no signs of treating them like an enemy yet, for whatever reason.
So, I am also left wondering.

There's no denying Gaza supporters include a large number of delusional people.
A huge number of them didn't even vote, and are direct contributors to the current situation.
Ancient Greece had a word we still use for non voters: idiots

There's about 70,000 worldwide.

I'm just thankful Trump didn't go with one of its earliest names, when Mexico was still called New Spain:
The Gulf of Florida

Big win for my state.
To give some history, the US Supreme Court declared our state legislator the most gerrymandered in the country.
The republican run Wis supreme court replied with: 'ok, but we're not fixing it'
Republicans have not won a Wisconsin supreme court election since

Polls close at 8pm central (2am UK)
You'll likely know when you wake up unless it's super close. Wisconsin is relatively speedy as far as US States go.

Badgercare is a fantastic program for Wisconsin.
Most in our state do not realize it is Medicaid for all.
If you have no income, you automatically qualify, and your cost is zero.

While I disagree with the vote, as it is increasingly embarrassing to be an American now, to quote Community, the UN is just "a fundamentally symbolic organization, founded on the principles of high-minded rhetoric and empty gestures."

She's mad packages were delivered to the address where it was ordered?
That's how delivery works. Update your address, and stop attacking underpaid drivers.

Egg price advice, avoid national grocery store chains.
At the pick and save, $10 eggs. At my co-op, $5-6 eggs.
The bird flu has been a fairly consistent problem since 2022, the extreme pricing is greed.
It's like when people expected inflation, so companies saw the opportunity to overcharge.

Or, can he just not book him places so he sees no profit for himself at this point?

Russia's attacking, so no one really needs to tell Ukraine. Russia just needs to go home.
But, they'd rather conduct a voluntary war that now has them using donkeys and Chinese golf carts for logistics.

That was the insane campaign promise.
If he actually listens to General Kellogg, who has an actual plan, there is a chance the war will end.
But, if Russia doesn't negotiate, will he take the full pressure route and cause Russia's collapse?
In truth, Europe is preparing to handle it alone.

I would guess methylene blue.
Not as crazy as some options but supposedly helps with brain fog.
Can not confirm if it actually does.

I am actually ok with this one.
I already refuse to pick up a penny if I see one on the ground, it's simply not worth the tiny risk of injury.

Glad someone here realizes that even if this was AI an artist was still involved.
Could easily have used AI for pieces of this and assembled it, or maybe they just realized their spacing was off and they couldn't add finger 5, so they went with 4.
comment in response to

Artists must feel a huge amount of pressure now to draw perfectly.
AI doesn't bother me, I'm a software engineer and use it daily. Ultimately, it's just an efficiency tool for the artists.
The film's budget wouldn't change, so they'll spend it on doing something else for the movie either way.

There's a good chance it is planned just so his inner circle can buy the dip in the market.
Just like the first administration, never trade on Trump's tweets.

Even if you want to quit, telling your employer you resign is a bad plan. At the very least, find a new job first.
For one, you won't qualify for unemployment in many States of you leave on your own. Make them fire you.

One day the Democratic party will learn that primaries are important.
Harris didn't get nominated by voters and the super delegates locked Hillary in before half the primaries were over.

Your missing Patton's point.
I dislike Netanyaho immensely. Escalation to de-escalate is nonsense.
But Trump is an actual supporter of him and his policies, the next 4 years is going to be bad

You have to be trying to wipe a people or culture out of existence, the word can't just be used for every humanitarian tragedy.
When Israel does things like give civilians days to flee before they invaded, which they did, that's a big indicator they are waging war, not enacting genocide
comment in response to

Correct, an estimated 100k casualties, including Hamas terrorists is .5% of the population.
That's not genocide by any definition.
Israel has a long stated policy of quiet will be met with quiet.
Hamas has a stated goal of the destruction of Israel and US
comment in response to

You say people, but that number includes Hamas terrorists.
Hamas fought from schools and hospitals because they get a pr win when Israel defends itself.
Your views suggest the pr campaign worked, at the cost of civilians in the middle.
comment in response to
post
Not sure you know what that word means.
Israel has a policy of quiet will be met with quiet.
Hamas has a stated goal of destroying a nation of 25 million.
One of these is a genocidal goal

You must have missed Trump's proposal to remove all the Palestinians and clear out the strip.
That, would be an actual genocide.

The Russian economy doesn't have 24 months if sanctions stay in place. Every part of their country is running a deficit, even Gazprom is operating at a loss.
If sanctions increase, they will have less time.
I dislike Trump too, but Kellogg's plan is a good one.

This person supports Russia and their genocidal conflict in Ukraine.
Good people don't waste time getting upset on someone like this's behalf.
Why he isn't sanctioned and is allowed to use airlines at all is my only concern.

The war in Ukraine was ongoing throughout the entire Trump presidency.
He spent most of his 4 years trying to figure out how to end sanctions and help Russia

I am also proud of him.
I wish he did more sooner, but also very thankful he did not do less.
Biden was handed an impossible presidency, and while he didn't succeed as much as can be dreamed, he certainly didn't fail either.

Sadly, the only thing I trust Trump to do, is not break up large companies.
Breaking down the consolidation of the food industry, so when there's an issue it's not always nation wide and impacting everything, is the main solution to stopping spikes in food costs

Who makes money when people ignore restrictions? That has many answers.

It makes sense. At least at the high end, it keeps the price reasonable.
There's an all you can eat sushi restaurant I love, and it stops people from thinking they can order half the fish in the restaurant and leave with leftovers.
