I want people to be more loving and empathetic and compassionate and caring. Say no to sociopathy and apathy. Covid Conscious. Masker. Novid. Ally.

Yep! A medical mask/respirator is for health, that's what they're designed and lab tested for. You can easily better conceal identity by obscuring the eyes (as all reputable superheroes can attest!) I have often mistaken a male for wearing a mask when he had a big beard. Do we ban beards then??

I do wonder if these "Christians" have any fear of hell with all the denying of Christ they're doing. They live like they will never have to face judgement and I find that terrifying. There will be no one to stand with them on that day they face God. They must repent NOW while there is time.

I have not cried in MONTHS but you sir have brought me to tears today with your accomplishment and your CARE for the American people and this country. You still have your soul when so many others have sold theirs off.

Same thing with Covid and why masking isn't seen as a normalized thing in the USA. we have no healthcare, we have kids in abject poverty and everyone's getting sick constantly but by golly it just wouldn't DO to wear a mask! (They just keep ingesting other people's infectious snot instead.)

They don't even examine his ideas, which are all failures. His silly "loop" and the cars go agonizingly slow and can't hold more than a few people (and no accommodation for disabled ppl). Trains are far faster and more efficient than anything Musk has created. He didn't even create or found Tesla.

I wish that "army" would call up physicians and dentists etc. and demand that N95 respirators be used for them when they need healthcare. No one needs to be infected at a doctor or dentist visit. LGB+/BIPOC/Disabled people are all at much higher risk from Covid infections, but docs refuse N95. Why?
comment in response to

It amazes me what people say they will do, but won't use an N95 mask in their health practice or hospital to protect anyone from Covid or any other of the rampant infections we have right now. Flu is even killingmore people than Covid, but where are the N95 respirators,ESPECIALLY for the vulnerable?

Do you provide N95 masking of your doctors and attendants when working with patients to control nosocomial infections? LGB+ people, the disabled, and BIPOC people are MOST at risk from Covid/RSV infections. You know this. Do you advocate for their health and safety by supplying and using N95 masks?

I went through a period where I was very down and reached out to my best friend to talk. She listened to me a few times, then ended up telling me to text a helpline. So I did. They asked me if I had any friends I could talk to.
So yeah. That happened.

What a stellar story and find for just the first week. Kudos to the HR team who hired her. She hopefully will be on board for a long and fruitful time.

We've all been on our knees since Covid started because people will not take it seriously despite the science telling us it is. The government just placated everyone, told them it was "safe" and they ran back into the contagion. They don't even mask in HEALTHCARE;They don't control infection at all.

What do you mean "weak-willed" like not willing to take another person's life? You can't attack someone with a gun just to exert your ego. They have to be actively threatening your life.

Reddit, without anything to do with Musk himself, hosts content that promotes rape and pedophilia. It is full of misogynist propaganda and content against women and children's safety and health. Reddit is not a safe place for women.

I do not use Reddit because it hosts pedophiles and predators, as well as rape subreddits and other forums that are misogynist and full of hate and abuse. Reddit should be boycotted.

We need Covid awareness as well. People are being disabled and killed by Covid to this day but the rich and powerful have lulled everyone into complacency. Healthcare outright *refuses* to follow the CDC and use respirators for vulnerable, high risk people. Demand the care you deserve!

But you also need to find and credit whomever created the image, not just include the alt text. Both are important.

It's not just about screen readers, but no one credits any photographers, creators, etc. of the images and no one even thinks to do so.

I don't think human beings do, though. Like, as in the body does not transform itself without intervention. It's about how it was designed, not an anomaly or a mutation in genetics etc. Some things in nature are meant to be a certain way, and other things come about through errors in the code.

Reminds me of the guy at a hamburger place who didn't like a woman's review of his burgers so he attacked her age, appearance and weight, of course. Remember, men WANT to hurt women.

I'm Christian and very empathetic. Mercy first, as Jesus taught. It is appalling how many Christians have turned on Christ.

It's horrible that we have to beg the devil himself for mercy. Horrible.

I had a doctor agree to a televisit as long as I paid OOP and he talked to me on his cell on the way to his car at the end of his day. I could hear him starting the car and driving. That's how much they care about patients. Like, not at all.

They hate disabled people, even when disabled people are working and contributing to the economy.

Yet any act of virtue will be labeled this way if it's observed, and especially observed by an un-virtuous person who then feels convicted and very, very butthurt.
comment in response to
post
People want to feel free to signal how un-virtuous they are, or how depraved, undignified, deplorable, abysmal, indecent, and disgusting they are. In fact, they're quite snooty and proud about their kinks and their deviance. Yet they get so uptight when someone doesn't participate in that nonsense.

The thing in the middle of the respirator is an exhale valve. Looks like it may be this style and it's definitely a 3M brand respirator. www.uline.com/Product/Deta...

I am concerned that she and others will not take Covid seriously; every infection is different. She now feels she "won't die" from Covid, but sadly, we cannot guarantee that no matter how many infections are survived, nor can we ever rule out further or catastrophic disablement and suffering.

No one makes it through a long life without losing the ability to care for themselves. We should extend mercy, compassion and the right to life to ALL. Disabled is NOT disposable. Our elders are our living connection to history and should be respected and revered. We have a RIGHT to live. All of us.
