Also it was a little bland, salt didn’t stick too well to the frozen turkey block. Gravy was a must, which also needed salt.

All in all, wouldn’t cook it this way again BUT if there was a turkey emergency, it’s good to know it’ll work. So Carolyn was right, and she typically always is. Love her.

As surprised as anyone, it wasn’t the worst turkey we’ve ever had. I’ve certainly done better. The breast was dry on the outside, but better towards the center. Dark meat was fine, because hard to f that up.
