My column for today's Independent Newspaper in the UK is out now. www.independent.co.uk/voices/trans...

America has lost its tiny mind. Correction... the idiots who are indulging Trump with this utterly pathetic display of insecurity have lost their tiny minds... Let's face it, if they had minds or independent thought, this wouldn't be happening.

Remember that time when @theguardian.com printed Judith Butler saying "The anti-gender ideology is one of the dominant strains of fascism in our times" in 2021, only for The Guardian to then remove several lines of copy from the article? Not much has changed has it? The cowardly acts continue.

🧵 🚨 On 5 June 2025, the Advocate General delivered a powerful opinion in the case European Commission v. Hungary, finding Hungary’s so-called “Child Protection Law” violates EU law in multiple ways. Read the full statement on our website: tgeu.org?p=9378

You've come a long way, Britain

This is truly pathetic stuff. To go from having some form of reflection following the burqa comment and to spend two days after resigning thinking “maybe they’re not racist, maybe I can make some serious money here” and to swan back in is epically unprincipled. www.theguardian.com/politics/202...

No matter what they “win” they never stop demanding change. It’s almost like they’re doing the thing they accuse trans people of - straying out of their lane and trampling on people’s rights. Yet the ones who consistently do the trampling are anti-trans activists and bullies.

🚨 New: 'Shocking' scale of Labour’s Big Tech ties In its first 6 months, Labour ministers and top officials met with tech giants an average of *six times a week.* We’ve got the documents. 🧵 New on Democracy for Sale with @lucasamin.bsky.social democracyforsale.substack.com/p/revealed-s...

OMGGGGG 🔥🔥🔥

If The Times is celebrating your appointment as the Chair of a neutral regulator because you are on its side you can't lead a neutral regulator.

EVERYBODY WATCH. ICE IS OUT OF CONTROL. Video of SEIU California’s President David Huerta getting assaulted & arrested during an ICE raid in the warehouse district of Downtown Los Angeles today. He’s an LA native, American citizen and labor leader. Don’t turn away.

This really deserves to become an art project. Because there’s so much being said with this choice of signage that really does transcend biology

BBC 6 Music News tells me Musk wants to set up a ‘centrist’ party. Is great replacement theory centrism now? Btw almost all stories on 6 Music heads were about immigration - Labour can’t get down asylum hotel costs; Pam Bondi clip. Barely a single story about an actual news of a real world event

They threw bricks at Stonewall, barricades will be flipped over at DuPont.

Wasn’t this obvious months/years ago?! www.theguardian.com/politics/202...

If you're one of those trans inclusive small businesses which is getting attacked by transphobes, we've drafted this text for your website, or as a standard reply.

Shocked to discover Nigel’s revolution actually looks like not bothering to do the job at all and just mouthing off about being better at it than anyone else. It’s almost like Reform are incompetent louts who just want a pay check for doing nothing www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/poli...

They’re everywhere

For those who want it in simple terms, one of the people in charge of ensuring the UK respects human rights for everyone has said some people should accept having fewer rights.

Is this what 'impartial' looks like? www.theguardian.com/society/2025...

EHRC Commissioner - "Stop fighting back, it's making it harder to stab you."

The High Court is presently hearing Liberty's application for permission to proceed with its judicial review of the *length of* the EHRC's consultation period: James Goudie KC for the EHRC and (I believe) Sarah Hannett KC for Liberty.

I've done a template letter re Akua Reindorf's statements. You can send to your MP, @commonswec.parliament.uk and Ministers for Women & Equalities. docs.google.com/document/d/1... NOTE: the Women & Equalities Committee are scrutinising EHRC on 11th June: committees.parliament.uk/event/23501/...

At last, the EHRC comes clean, and frankly, they can f&ck right off. Letter to GANHRI time I think, and Reindorf should be sacked from her Commissioner role immediately for breaking PSED & Nolan Principles rules. 1/2 www.theguardian.com/society/2025...

Lmao, this puts Streeting in 3rd place for Labour leader but when you look at the gulf between him and 1st and 2nd he’s not at all a considered option.

Akua Reindorf is profoundly ignorant about the history gender activism.I spoke to her face to face about it. During our conversation, she professed to, for example, never have heard of Sandy Stone, and thought that "trans activism" was a phenomenon only of the last decade. She's an ideological hack.

Actually a good intervention from @prideinlabour.bsky.social

Croft v Royal Mail 2003 established in law, that has not and cannot be superseded by the Supreme Court ruling, before the GRA existed, that trans people have the right to use gendered facilities once they reach an appropriate point in their transition. Reindorf and co deliberately ignore that.

“Minorities must correct their overzealous thinking, because the rights of the people take precedence” is just the sort of thing you’d expect members of state-run ‘human rights’ groups in totalitarian regimes to say
