It's basically Eastern Europe, which is a hotbed for blackhat groups. Belarus is a pretty big "Ukraine area" nation that harbors those groups. And they all provide proxies for pay, so the fact that the IPs came from the "Ukraine area" means basically nothing, if it's true at all.

It's all being propped up by the cash left over from the Fed's M2 expansion in 2020/2021, which is only now reaching equilibrium. All of that spare cash and hopes of tax cuts are keeping forward valuation expectations up... it'll take a real shock to get the market to fully break down.
