Surely there are more capable devs and less capable devs, and surely slimy business practices exist… but Series S still is a grip where questionable reasons can cling, MS should give devs the freedom to release games only on Series X (or first at least)

I think all depends on what you put into account: imo, Starfield is mediocre, why? 'Cause I have 1000+ hrs of gameplay in Beth games since Arena, I know them very well, I play games since 35 yrs, I think in 2023 they could have achieved something much more modern and fresh after 8 yrs of develop.

Fra l'altro ho letto un commento molto sensato secondo me: a quanto pare hanno cambiato la definizione del GOTY per includerci i DLC, quindi l'anno scorso un Phantom Liberty è stato volutamente snobbato... ora, penso male io o Sony ha qualche partecipazione in From?

Ma si il punto è che questo evento non è fatto per premiare dei titoli ma per alzare gli incassi sotto le feste, se no appunto bastava farli a gennaio/febbraio valutando tutto l’anno appena passato

Vero, però nel caso di FS2024 e Stalker si sa che ci sono delle date di "scadenza" oltre le quali un gioco diventa inammissibile per l'anno in corso, concettualmente è anche comprensibile, meno comprensibile per il 2025. Questi eventi andrebbero fatti i primi di Gennaio a voler essere giusti
