Yup, he does. Also he's about as Finnish as we come. I know fuck-all about cars and even less about racing, but I relate to him ten billion percent.

You know, I've never seen any interviews with him... Makes me wonder if he too speaks what we call rally English. This video shows what it is and where it got it's name. www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqjM...

Part of me is sad that I didn't take after my parents in terms of Formula 1 enthusiasm.

That never fails to satisfy me.

Wanna see the most iconic facial expression in Finland? It's this one. The expression is called "Tonnin seteli". "Thousand mark bill". From a skit that was made before we switched to using euros.

There are several reasons we're often listed as one of, if not the happiest country in the world. Beer, sauna, nature and personal space.

Have another one, with no need to translate.

Translation of the caption reads "Wish I had beer."

Can't condone the use of the emergency number, but I absolutely respect that response.

I want to say I would say their life regardless. Fortunately I've never needed to make that choise. Unfortunately that also means I don't know for certain. And I understand the fear of repercussions when the power is in the hands of hateful idiots.

Honestly love that for our respective countries. I bet you guys have a lot of hockey inspired memes? We sure do. Like the Groke from moomins wearing hockey gear or the verious things our favourite sportscaster Antero Mertaranta has said.

I remember seeing a poster from the time of the finale that said "It doesn't matter if we win, as long as Sweden loses."
comment in response to post
Yup yup. And Sweden was so kind as to write a victory song for Finland before the game. Den Glider In. Of course we have our own as well, Ihanaa Leijonat. Finland's not as well known a country as Canada, but we love hockey just as much as canadians.

Sounds like the kind of gal I'd love to talk about poisonous mushrooms, given my own fascination with poisons.

I am smart enough to admit I am not smart enough to argue with a medical professionals about abortion. Half of what the man in the tik tok said flew right over my head, yet the seriousness of the situation did not. If a doctor determines that abortion can save a life, I trust the doctor. Nobody else

The first time Finland won Hockey World Championship. Many of us take pride in that, especially because our team beat Sweden.

I have one problem with this: It doesn't hurt Musk's bottom line enough.

I will be right with you, after rewatching the 1995 world championship finale. Never forget. 🦁🥇

Man, part of me wants to reread the books.

An experiment that should've never taken place in the first place.

That takes me back to an old meme.

I am already proud of that child.

After seeing a wrong answer to the question, here is the right answer. Krhm. "Of course. Human rights are for humans." Now you are allowed to change it as long as the message stays the same.

I mean... You can't make something great again if it never was great in the first place. This is without the fact that eugenics cannot become great.

I don't believe in such a statement as "too old to improve" or "too late to grow."
comment in response to post
Fair enough. And I believe it is fine to let life mold those virtues. But you must never let go. Hold on with a titanium grip.
comment in response to post
Just because they must grow up doesn't mean they need to let go of those traits. I'm 25 and any sympathy, empathy and openheartedness I have, I will hold onto until my dying breath. As long as I have left a positive impact on a single life, I've lived a good life.

No hate nor malice. Only joy of seeing their friend again, and curiosity. And that's okay. It's okay to be curious about disability when it comes from genuinely wanting to know.

Damn I wish I was a dad like that. First I'd need a child. And for that, I'd need a woman who loves me... And I spoke myself sad. I'm stupid.

I would not expect MTG to have the cognitive ability to read and understand a two sentence children's story, let alone anything that will affect millions of lives.

I am not gonna give Dump the honour of a fool. Fools entertained the court, could speak truth to power. Any fool who would sow such chaos in the kingdom would find themself making an involuntary partial disappearing act, where their head disappears from their shoulders.

There's something to be said about red white and blue being among those colours. Americans who truly love freedom, fight for the LGBTQ+ rights. I may be European myself, but I am still voicing my support for a free America. Because to me, humans matter.
comment in response to post
You keep fighting for what you deserve. Anyone having problem with black voices being heard simply outs themselves as racists and I refuse to accept that. For the sake all my friends of colour, I want to be a better ally.

Hate when people just assume they know something about others. It just makes an ASS out of U and ME.

This fear is what the fascists want. Fear of reading can be consdered fear of learning. And uneducated people allow fascists more freedom to oppress the people.

It probably should say a lot that games of Monopoly inevitably turn sour like that if they go on long enough.

Canon Luffy. Although I'm not too sure he can read anything not food related, the text is canon Luffy.
