Not often one sees Lefebvre and Jameson alongside Enid Blyton!

I did, a lot. Have been a fan for a few years but hadn’t seen her before. And you?

A belated hello! I wasn’t one of the guys near you in the queue though…

This is good stuff! As somebody who grew up in Houghton on the Hill I often wondered what the hill’s name was all about. Used to pass it to go fishing at Launde Abbey.

Sam, I’m away so sadly can’t come to your talk but it looks great. All the best for it.

A quality place to come from! I’m no Yorkshireman but know it a little bit, am very fond of the Three Pigeons amongst other things.

Poor GVA had me photo bombing him in Halifax at that race. A great shame that the race is no more.

Amazing to think of a time when local authorities had both the resources and the ambition to create such good for their people. Much enjoyed Huddersfield’s (well displayed) collection on a trip a few years ago.

Always a joy to turn a 7” single over but perhaps not known to everybody. A friend started seeing a much younger woman. He commented to her about a particular B-side. She had no idea what a B-side was.

I fondly remember many years ago a post A level (Beauchamp College, Oadby) drink or two in the Bewicke Arms.

Like others here, a woman on the Michael Sheen debt purchase doc (which if you haven’t seen it I recommend) couldn’t get debt because she didn’t have debt! There is an awful lot wrong with the way that the personal credit industry is structured in the UK.

I’m not saying that doesn’t look lovely too!

And in roads (albeit unlike this one without yellow lines) also appropriating a strip of public roadside for their sole use. Selfish and inconsiderate at various levels.

Really lovely photographs, thank you for posting. The one that I love most is Lochan An Ais - that Assynt landscape makes my heart sing.
