This is blatant disregard for a job responsibility.
Anyone who was paid to accomplish anything related to this task should have been fired a long time ago. I don't care if it's outsourced to a subcontracted, etc.
The funding is already there. Spend it correctly or lose it because you add no value.

Are we allowed to legally bet on if he will be released back into the community within 7 days? He had multiple warrants for his arrest ongoing for the last 4 years.
I'll take the bet if anyone is interested: From the date of arrest (19th) he will be released by Feb 26th back into the community.
