The wood pigeon, or Nature's Cushion, is the softest dingus in the bird world. Beautiful picture, they are comfy and together and it is best.

Discount vodka doesn't count as flayrah, so he won't have to declare it in his expenses that year.

I wonder if any of them read the comic before picking the cover

Maybe it's like text publishing where the creators don't get a say in how daft the cover is, depending on what the booklords think will make money

Is Awarenaut already a popular internet insult or do we need to give it another week?

I love that this is a) tiny crisp detail and b) a magnificent chumbus

The hatching looks like cold drizzly weather feels. also I've never seen a picture that better expresses 'tee hee'

I had a zoology professor who had a huge scar the length of his palm because he and another zoologist tried to trap an emu by chasing it around a field with a net. They were doing research on gas exchange in birds and thought it would be easiest to use the largest bird they could find

I've been using the hollow ones recently and they're weirdly good at making noise that bit less stabby.

I pitched a holder to that company called Flare Base and they grabbed my wrists and ankles and heaved me out of the room.

If you see a nose, sorry, that's mine, I'll get out of your lilacs in just a few more deep breaths, yes I am aware it's 3am

He leans hard into the ugly stuff. I remember his account of washing hospital sheets covered in maggots so maybe he thought, okay, that but a dude.

Sir the frog knights are going to be very cross when they get back from their swim and find you fiddling with their stuff.

I've tried to explain it like walking around with fewer toes than usual, and not having a clue til you read up and find out, wait, *that's* why I keep wobbling? And there might be a way to put the absent toes *back on*?

I'd always had problems with concentration/brain fog/short-term recall that screwed up my daily life. Learning that it might be due to a Real Thing and that there might be *treatment* -- hell yeah I wanted diagnostics.

"Got the new bathroom doors?" "Yep boss, came in this morning." "And they're perverted?" "Sure thing, we got the standard unnecessary gap and, you'll love these, the Voyeur's Veil frosted glass version." "Great, I want one of these loosely in the vicinity of every toilet we have."

It's not often that a film would also be fine without muppets.

One thing about the French National Spirit is that it does seem powerful enough to allow Frenchmen to work together despite every single one of them being French.
