I assume you mean interchangeable lens cameras? There are hardly any digital SLRs left, it’s all “mirrorless” now.
I love my Fuji X-T5. I love its jpeg colours straight out of camera. You’d probably do equally well with its smaller sibling X-T50 which has most of the same features.

Went into the office on Friday, Saturday while doing the weekly shop thought I’d do a walk-in for flu shot, but nah, will book one next weekend. Monday sore throat, and fever in the evening. Out with flu for the week. Now past the worst I think.
