I spent six weeks last summer trying to get my (really quite ill) daughter's blood test results, it made me feel like I was LOSING MY MIND. I really hope you gets yours soon, it is horrible :(

For most of us it was the only experience we ever had of theatre. We were allowed to bring ONE (1) pack of sweets and I will always equate Refreshers with a feeling of bewitching unease

My primary school took us to the theatre every Christmas but NOT to watch a panto, it was always something extremely strange and disturbing. Eg Elidor, The Snow Queen. One year it was the Weirdstone of Brisingamen and I have NEVER forgotten it. Looking back it was a very odd choice...

'Sometimes you just need someone to talk to' - IT ISN'T SOMEONE! It genuinely scares me how quickly almost everyone I know has taken up the belief that a language model is a person

If I was murdered and someone made an AI avatar of me to say I didn't mind actually I would haunt that person so badly they would never know a moment's peace

And of course this AI 'employee' is a woman, subservient and non-complaining (maybe there are posters with male 'employees' but I've not seen one yet)

I just remembered I had a dream last night where I was being trained to fight someone, but instead of my trainers saying 'they're a worthy opponent' about the person I was fighting, they kept saying 'they're a worthy accountant'

Maybe if I had gone to a private school I'd be able to spell 'place'

'Private school is the only pace available for our children to learn music' is so telling like 'none of those povvos in state schools could ever conceive of playing music'...the arts are the preserve of the rich as ever

Maybe Jake Peralta? He screws up a lot but ultimately he is a good friend and a supportive partner and he tries to do what's right by his own values and the people he loves or admires
