I mean, you can’t be so thick that you don’t realize this.

When I say you, I don’t necessarily mean the specific you. I often mean the collective you that advocated against voting for Kamala. And while your specific vote may not have made a difference your voice may have. If your advocacy influenced anyone whose vote did count, you are responsible.
comment in response to post
Don’t fool yourself. You absolutely empowered it. You enabled a man whose policies on Gaza and everything else were, are, and forever will be far worse. If you didn’t vote for Kamala, you were voting for and empowering Trump. That’s the reality of the system we are in.
comment in response to post
Ahh. I see. Far better to let really, super bad Republicans like Trump punish you and everyone you claim to care about even more.
comment in response to post
You’re not making the Democratic Party more left leaning by enabling Trump. You’re only making it so they completely write you off altogether. I assure you the conversation within the Party right now is not we should be more vocal about what is going on in Gaza.
comment in response to post
Then the time to fix that slide is in between elections not during them. You want the Democratic Party to be more left then get involved and party-build. You want a more left leaning candidate recruit and support one.

So, to not be supportive of a policy that you think is the same for both sides you enabled myriad policies that may have set us back decades. I’m a black man with kids. I can’t afford to be so pure. My vote isn’t just about moving forward. It’s also about protecting what progress has been made.
comment in response to post
So long as your vote affects me and mine it will always be my business. This holy mission of purity that people went on to show Biden and Harris whatever it is they wanted to show them helped elect Trump. And that made my life and even the lives of the people of Gaza worse.
comment in response to post
Don’t know. You’d have to ask then why they feel the need. All I know is they can’t realistically win. And that’s just the current reality in which we live.
comment in response to post
I live in the reality that I am in. I don’t have the luxury of risking what is worse. I don’t have the luxury of people like Trump come to power and setting us backwards for decades. Elections aren’t just about going forward. They are also equally about protecting what progress has been made.

😂 That’s not the reality of our political system. America is a two party zero sum system where if you’re not voting for the Democrat, you’re voting for the Republican. And vice versa. If you didn’t support Kamala, you were voting for Trump. Like it or not, that’s fact.
comment in response to post
But I bet you probably advocated for people whose votes actually did count to do the exact same thing as you, didn’t you?
comment in response to post
😂 I know, right? I think they like that whole earning their vote thing because it gives them this inflated sense of self worth. It also absolves them of responsibility for actually thinking and making the tough choices that make the world work better. Not perfect. But at least better.
comment in response to post
But you do realize that by punishing the Democrats you only rewarded and empowered Trump and the Republicans, right? I mean you do get that, don’t you?
comment in response to post
Or do a better job researching your choices when you have the opportunity to vote.
comment in response to post
What about all the other issues that were on the table? Did you just not care about them?

The difference is that under this administration in a year or two you’ll be to soak up some sun and drink a few Mai Tai’s at the Trump Gaza Resort.
comment in response to post
So take it up with the Trumpster.
comment in response to post
Talk to Trump.
comment in response to post
Wow. Apparently so did US Pro-Palestinian activists. Who could have figured that?
comment in response to post
Living her best life. No worries, though. She’ll be back.
comment in response to post
They violated the cardinal rule of US politics. Never underestimate the stupidity of the American voter.
comment in response to post
😂. Well, I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t use that emoji. Mine is right side up. That one is tilted. You’re really struggling here, brother.
comment in response to post
😂 Are you bi-polar? Suffering from multiple personality disorder?
comment in response to post
I seem to remember you saying this: “Killing and displacing an entire people is one thing, but putting up a resort on their land is just going too far.” You seemed to think it was a pretty big policy shift then. 😂
comment in response to post
Well, you certainly are an angry sort. 😂
comment in response to post
Yes. You were a moron for even thinking that the policies were the same. But don’t be so hard on yourself. You can learn from this. And you can get better.
comment in response to post
😂 Goodbye, Rich. 😂 😆 😂
comment in response to post
😂 😆 What in the hell are you talking about? 😂 😆 😂
comment in response to post
😂 Ok. I see. You’re just being intentionally stupid.
comment in response to post
I wanted a person that wouldn’t trample on my freedom of speech, would support diversity and gay and trans rights, would be a good steward of the economy, would continue to support a 2 state solution, wouldn’t destroy the social safety net, etc. You were okay with something far worse.
comment in response to post
😂 The flesh that is seeking protection by using the concrete. You obviously have never really thought about how this whole war thing works, have you?
comment in response to post
😂 Are you trying to be obtuse? People hide in buildings and seek protection with the concrete. The 2000 pound bomb makes it so they can’t even get protection there. The bomb penetrates the concrete and metal that would protect them from a cluster bomb and destroys their human flesh.
comment in response to post
Well, you enabled the head genocidist and Muslim hater to come to power. Congrats. 🎈 🎉
comment in response to post
Cluster bombs are for soft skinned vehicles, personnel in the open, or light armored vehicles. They do not have nearly the destructive effect of a 2000 pound bomb.
comment in response to post
Cluster bombs don’t have nearly the same penetration of a 2000 pound bomb. The Mark 84 can penetrate 11 feet of concrete and over 15 inches of metal. With fragmentation, it has a kill radius of 400 feet. A Mark 84 can kill you even if you are in a bunker or seeking protection in a building.
comment in response to post
Because they kill fewer people. But I guess you’re right about the buildings considering that you’re good with the whole Trump resort concept. Keeping those buildings they call hospitals and homes would just get in the way, huh?
comment in response to post
Hmmm. It’s clear that you’ve never seen what a 2000 pound bomb can do. I suspect that the people on the ground in Gaza don’t share your equivalence.
comment in response to post
I see. So what lesson are the people in Gaza learning right now? And what lesson will they be learning when they’re passing out beach towels at the Trump Gaza resort?
comment in response to post
I see. So that 2000 pound bomb that Trump sent to Israel and that was dropped on Gaza, was that karma too?
comment in response to post
Yeah, she did times ♾️ PLUS ONE. 😂 😆 😝
comment in response to post
😂 So, again, you enabled the complete destruction of Gaza so you could make Dems cry? 😆 You might want to be careful because I suspect karma will soon be coming for you. 😂 😆 😝
comment in response to post
Dude. Pay attention. Dems are already winning again. What we needed most was for people to be reminded of just how terrible Trump was and is. You made that possible. So, in 2026 there will be a red wave. And in 2028 we will recapture the White House. Thanks to you.
comment in response to post
Yeah. She did. She just didn’t say what you wanted her to say while doing so. She didn’t capitulate to you on an issue so you enabled the guy that you knew would be even worse on that issue. Kinda crazy, if you ask me. And now in 4 years we will be able to sit on the beach at the Trump Gaza Resort.
comment in response to post
😂 So you ensured the complete destruction of Gaza so you could make Democrats cry. With friends like you who needs enemies?
comment in response to post
No one’s talking about Gaza. We’re talking about how we recapture the middle class. But we’re not talking about Gaza.
comment in response to post
😂 But I thought you said that now there was all this introspection going on.
comment in response to post
Let’s be absolutely clear on this. The only thing that you guys have done is to make absolutely certain that Gaza will never be a deciding factor in a US Presidential election again. Because over the next 4 years Trump and Netanyahu are going to completely gut it and the West Bank.
comment in response to post
So who is changing their minds? Who is stating a different policy? I keep asking this question and I keep. It getting an answer.
