Yay! I'm on social media! First time Bluesky user! ...now what?
NOTE: I have NO connection or affiliation with "imagineinkjet.bsky.social".
I used a random username generator to pick my handle so the similarity is purely coincidental.

That's is my fear. GOP will engineer wins by thin margins in swing states etc.🤔 It'll be a huge red flag if the GOP doesn't pay any political price after the mid-terms in spite of all the damage they've inflicted on US jobs, rights & freedoms, the economy, academia, gov. departments & services etc.

LLMs and other forms of GenAI are research-level discoveries that are dangerously being tested on the general public as if they're products.
That's why they're expensive, broken, and in a constant arms race for dominance.
The lesson is the same as always: billionaires shouldn't exist.

This is what happens when you think that making deals that are mutually beneficial shows weakness, all deals are zero sum games, and you repeatedly frame trade partners as parasites that take advantage of the US when it suits you.

For sure. Just 119 days in office & he tanked the US economy with chaos, , created mass unemployment, destroyed relations & trust w/allies. Defunding academia & science will make the US less intelligent, less competitive down the road. None of this makes any sense unless sabotage is the goal.

❓❓❓ I haven't added you to any lists.
We do have something in common though.
I see via ClearSky that back on 2/28/2025, ottomanvampire added you to his 'hate for Palestinian/Arab' list like he did to me.

Cool!
Will you be able to do this as well?

Ugh, that's not going to work in today's online hellscape. I read about Bsky's stackable approach to moderation but it doesn't say what can be done when the user/community tools become the weapon of choice for psy-ops, trolls & bullying clout goblins with big follower counts.

I'm surprised that the public block list concept wasn't thoroughly gamed out first by Bluesky to explore the ways it could be abused. I feel a bit silly for not seeing the potential abuse myself. I guess I was too enamored with having more tools to fully curate my user experience.

All good points. I'm using a number of lists but only a few are actually data-driven while everything else is list owner's discretion. I'm usually not so naïve but admittedly I took it for granted lists would be used as intended. I'll have to re-evaluate my list use.

I agree that the list SHOULD be deleted. The list still shows up on services like ClearSky so ppl unfairly put on it can still be wrongly portrayed as racists.
I both love & hate these mod lists. They work great when competently administered but so many ppl have ill intent or questionable judgment.

Absolutely. You don't ever give a pass to the ppl who are, at this very moment, destroying the US on many levels & conspiring with its adversaries because you want to "heal the country." It's thanks to these ppl that you might not have a country left in a few years.

Adding ppl who don't really belong on that list may be one reason why Bsky mods have hidden it. He added me to that list & I'm no racist. I don't know who or what this "Dearborn" is that he's referred to.

The Trump admin tried to procure armored versions of the piece of shit CT. It's actually not a big stretch that the immigration enforcement Gestapo units might have gotten CTs as part of the now-halted CT procurement deal.

Eyelets like that were typically used as anchor points for decorations and/or hanging lighting fixtures. Given that this eyelet seems to be only on the topmost floor's railing closest to the skylight, it might have served as the anchor point for a rope or chain used by a skylight chandelier.

I find it telling how he doesn't call out Trump by name when it's clear Trump's economic decisions destroyed his business.
It's now the nebulous "government" who is responsible.

I agree. It's logical given the accuracy that Airsoft manufacturers strive for- some even going so far as to simulate accurate weight distribution.
I guess the doubt stems from some of the firearm-owning elitist/gatekeeping crowd who see Airsofters as just "cosplayers" and "fakers".

This is disappointing! The video was such a good demonstration of the benefits of drilling with Airsoft too.
Gonna delete the post so I don't send any more traffic & attention his way.

After being informed of this YouTuber's views, I should take this opportunity to say that I linked to the video out of coincidental viewing & apparent relevance, not because I'm a fan or endorse his views or condone his behavior.

Point taken. I had a feeling there might be some issues. I don't watch/follow TRexArms so I'm not current on any controversy. This particular video of theirs I coincidentally happened to see some time ago, so it was the first to come to mind when the topic of Airsoft drills came up.

He believes all the lying helps him. The MAGA crowd may swallow it all hook, line & sinker but all the constant lying does is show the rest of the world that they can't trust anything Trump says or any agreements he makes. He bragged about his USMCA, which he promptly tore up when it suited him.

Absolutely. When MAGA is confronted by facts, they will often get mad, toss insults, then walk away... quite literally!

I agree. Ppl tend to brush off psy-ops as "tin foil hat" BS but it IS real & VERY effective. It's now trivial to create an army of contrarian bots, now super charged thanks to AI, to drive disunity, hostility & negativity 24/7. With the advent of smartphones, they have unprecedented reach.
