Grab a blood sugar monitor from the chemist. Check your blood sugar before and after meals - if you are prediabetic, if you eat a high carb meal, you can get very high blood sugar after, which triggers lots of insulin to lower it and then you have low blood sugar (hypo) and can feel horrible.
