My favorite thing is that the alternate explanation that is usually presented is something along the lines of “sometimes it just do that”

I thought I was replying about 2001 haha. On opening night(at least) of 2001 they had replicas of the programs given out when it originally premiered.

Did they still have the replica programs when you went?

Watching 2001 intro’s by Nolan in the dome is one of my favorite movie going memories

Pretty sure he and Penta owned the rights and we’re selling them through Republic of Lucha.

Once again Donut Hut on Magnolia is overlooked despite having a superior product. Need to see the TikTokification of Pinocchio’s cafeteria line.

I’d like Jake to just have a second pod where he covers things in depth that don’t make him miserable(as long as more topics are covered and he doesn’t get stuck on 2K)

I grew up down the road from Texas City, TX. There are areas you don’t drive through with your windows down unless you want your lungs to burn. Regulators have no business telling the refineries to dial it back, air is for suckers.

I am one of your constituents and you have got to figure out that even if they say the right words, they do not mean them. Do not give them an inch of credibility. Saying the right things for the wrong reasons does not warrant them recognition or support.

Order along with the MM preorder, I had to bite the bullet and pay the shipping.

Love Briscoe, but I’m very pro-Davis getting some steam. I always saw him as the real star of Aussie Open and the wonders they’ve done with Fletcher while Davis was injured has me hoping he can catch up. Plus I just love big boys.

I evangelize for HACF every chance I get(including to captive strangers at my wife’s birthday party on Friday)

Even wilder, they have Into The Unbeing Pt.2 coming out as well! No one else is doing it like them

Like, this isn’t some fringe wing of the party. They are getting zero pushback from any republicans! Gov. Regan would be right there with them

It’s the best it’s been in close to a year. Tony has supposedly been more hands on for the last few months and it shows! Riccaboni was in the booth for AEW(vs just RoH) recently and was fantastic.

It comes out in March, he got an advance copy

This being his best work by far has me beyond excited. It felt like he’d really unlocked something a couple years ago with The Defenders and with every new series he one ups the previous.

Wasn’t it just announced that the FCC was opening an investigation into CBS for “DEI practices”? I assume this is just NBC Universal trying to get ahead of that. Cowards.

The New Gods #3: Very quickly shaping up to be the best book coming out every month. @therightram.bsky.social & the whole art crew are really creating something special. The focus on the death of a previous age & how it affects the events of the present are just so well thought out & illustrated.

Daredevil 18: still not sold on the whole premise of this book. It mostly feel like I’m buying it because I’ve been buying Daredevil every month for close to 20 years lol. Aaron Kuder’s art continues to be the selling point for me.

The art in both of these is really great. With Dan Mora sized shoes to fill, Adrian Gutierrez is really coming into his own on Worlds Finest.

Challengers of The Unknown #3: continues to be a fun take that stands on its own despite being so integrated into the current Question and Atom series(that I’m not even reading) I’m in the bag for pretty much anything Christopher Cantwell writes simply due to Halt and Catch Fire.

Worlds Finest #36: This book continues to be one of the lightest reads every month, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just that after 3 years, I’d like to feel like there was a little more to chew on.

For my money, Brink is the best serial coming out over the last few years. They’ve got 5 collections out so far and just finished a 6th story in the weekly Prog a last year. Echoing others, the Essential Dredd books are a great intro if you don’t have the time to read the Case Files books.

Kip Sopp is an all time insane shoot name.

The match more than delivered, but Rosa coming out to…not save anything or get beat down was very awkward

I hope it’s a very short run in AEW and then he gets back to NJPW.

“We want tables” is probably my least favorite. They always do it when it’s fucking clear they’re going to get tables!!! “What” was never good and should have been taken out behind the shed and put down 25 years ago.

Any chants you’re pro? Beef/meat, like nearly all other chants, were good the first few times and then feel like a distraction. Thank god “1 fall” seems to be dead.

Are these the new artists on the books or are they fill ins?
