Would also like to add - can we give props to the guy who can nail Cell Block 99, then make us go, "Yep, Nonnas: totally right guy". My esteem has no ceiling for this gent.

I don't know what this is, but I feel an inclination to agree...

Gorgeous movie. Singing In The Rain will remain my favourite, but this beautiful post has reminded me of a rewatch! 💚

"dark", FFS, not "fark" 🤦

I really enjoyed it, but it was tonally imbalanced. It began with fark grief and victimisation then shifted to black humour. If they were going for the latter throughout, they missed the mark initially, but absolutely nailed the landing.

Helluva message. I go into X every now and again to see what insanity might be like. I have deleted the app, though.

I said something similar to my other half today about a simple park trip. I love this. Take the gratitude where you find it. 🤜🤛 "Bury" is on my TBR. Will hit you up when I'm done!

Ughhhh...alright, I'll read it. I think I've been putting it off. Coincidentally, I'm watching the TVM "It". I know how they feel.

Met you when @timlebbon.bsky.social was in town, and @briankeene.bsky.social reminded me in his @talkscaredpod.bsky.social interview, that I haven't read a GODDAM thing this lady has written! Where do I start? 🙂

Well, mine will always be shit to some people. But some will like it, and I loved creating it. We can definitely glory in that. 🤜🤛

Do you know how many people say "I'd love to write something..." then the excuse follows? I'd rather be rejected than never have written anything at all. (I cannot tell if this is good grammar 😂)

And was something of a stand up guy throughout, by all accounts.

Crazily, I was watching an interview/documentary a while back, and George Clooney said, "If your not getting rejected, your not really trying anything, are you?"

I'm in - met him at Gollianz Fest and read The Blade Itself soon after. Funny guy in real life, too!

Literally nothing else you can do. You will succeed, I wish I could tell you when. X

Waves is the perfect description. Waves when you are apparently nowhere near any body of water and there seems no way for them to hit you, drags you down most. I hope you'll be ok.

I'll be listening. A credit to the horror community interviewing a legend in the horror community. I'll keep my eyes peeled, and salted as a special snack, since I won't need them for this interview.

Hi Nicole. I'm guessing dark urban fantasy laced with humour would tip the balance past "softly speculative"...?

My other half guffawed at this! ❤️
