4) Empathize but hold firm. Show that you get it, but that you don't agree. Then say why.
5) Share your ideas. We need to crowd source information for our representatives...because most of them just aren't getting it and can't dream up how to fight back. Show them how. Make them organize!

3) Show the impact. Let them know what you plan on doing until you see the change you need. I shared today that I registered as an Independant on Saturday in a message to Schumer and let him know that he was directly responsible.

1) Don't just be mad. Tell them who you are (veteran, a teacher, LGBTQ+, your religion, your gender). Tell them why you're writing (dissappinted, angry, call to action, FYI).
2) Tell your story. We spent thousands of years telling stories to share knowledge and history. Tap into that.

I think the mealy-mouthed fact sheet here has enough to get an idea of what they intend to do. Conclude = end. They are ending their DEI goals and initiatives. They are not taking surveys which would hold them accountable to the communities they hope to take money from. I'm out.
