We won! The Supreme Court reversed the Eleventh Circuit's decision that the Supremacy Clause bars claims brought under the FEDERAL Tort Claims Act today. There's more work to do now. But the unanimous court just told CA11 it needs wade into the circuit splits and "carefully reexamine" our case.

Reminder that Khalil hasn’t even been charged with a crime—he was arrested without a warrant TWO MONTHS AGO for exercising his 1st amendment rights as a lawful permanent resident. It was easy, even fun for me to sue some federal judges in a court where I’ve never practice. Daniel, on the other hand, had to put his livelihood on the line to stand up against judges who were violating his First Amendment rights. That takes guts. We need more people like Daniel these days.
