Stack 10-15 cards. That’ll get you through timing, phases, and combat. Its easier than weaving the whole deck

Why is this better than counting your sideboard?

The product you are talking about is fully curated to tech you everything you need before randomization and teaches no cheating. Mana weaving is cheating and as a “teaching tool” still has all the failings of randomization. What happens when you have all 5 drops? Or 3 pumps spells and no creatures?

Why not just curate the first several turns at that point? Guarantee an attacker on turn 2, put up a blocker on turn 3, give a combat trick or removal turn 4 etc. Do what you can to introduce fundamental mechanics and never associate them with cheating. Most board games do this in some capacity

Needing more people to learn about the time (recently!) when a collection of incredibly minor failures lead to a bunch of mazdas in the Seattle area getting their infotainment systems bricked so hard the official manufacturers solution was “get a different car i guess?”

Love the Milwaukee riverwalk. Only thing wrong with it is that every time it rains it smells like you’re trapped in a utility closet with a dog sitting in a pool of warm cabbage water

Venser, Shaper Savant. It will never be good but some doofus convinced people to play it in miracles at EW 2016 and my opponent blind flipped it to counter my turn 2 Green Sun’s for 3 in round 1 setting off a chain of events leading to me playing elves vs miracles 7 times in 1 day

Los Espookys is a Fred Armisen flavored reverse Scooby Doo. A group of teens start a business haunting their town. It’s absurd. It’s hilarious. It’s gay. It’s like 20 episodes. 10/10 I desperately need more people to watch Los Espookys
