But I have also done of ton of customization with 3d printed bits. My Salamander army is so customized it will never be allowed in any official tournament. I also have a 3d printed Vulkan He'stan, because the official one is so small it looks dumb next to all the other Salamander models I have.

Yay, the intro and beginner boxes are all mono-pose which is great for people new to the hobby. While they don't offer any customization for veteran players, IMO their poses are usually unique and distinct enough from the fully customizable kits to make it worth getting.

The other frustrating part is how completely random the numbering on their current sprues are.

I agree. I understand some of the complexity is to provide customization and accessorizing and some is to insure the sprue is as flat as possible. But I can't help but scratch my head when I see bits like this and wonder why?

This model is in my queue and it is a bit intimidating. So much flat open surface on those wings. Wasn't sure what I would do with it, but that gradient you did is *chefs kiss*.

I have a bunch of these little guys. They look down right civilized compared to their modern cousins.

I forgot that the turrets on the predator and whirlwind are metal. I actually have a second land raider, but it disappeared.

Obviously, once we discover all the planets in our solar system, horoscopes will become scientifically accurate.

3. The fact that you can take a modern horoscope, apply it to any one person and still prove that it is wrong, demonstrates there is yet a unknown planet(s) in our solar system we haven't accounted for.

2. Every horoscope created before the discover of Uranus (1781), Neptune (1846), and Pluto (1930) would then have been completely wrong since they didn't account for these planets that no one knew existed.

It is pretty cool you kept them all and gave them a little home. I think a lot of the minis I painted from the 90s are stuffed in a box somewhere.

There isn't any kind of official list of what units are supposed to be in each company, but the Salamander Codex explains the doctrine of each company enough to match it with a Detachment rule. So I assume this: 1st = 1st company Task Force, 2nd=Gladius, 3rd=firestorm, 4th=Stormlance

Do you have any examples you can share? I'm curious what they look like.
