Yeah i would raise the point that the team has been mostly dysfunctional for a number of reasons, and his style is very functional. It always felt like less of a ceiling raiser and more of a floor raiser. Becoming more clear the ceiling raiser was needed for this campaign in particular. Underwhelmed
