Israel sytematically destroyed every single hospital in Gaza, so this sounds like a fair start to me.

I'm glad somebody else mentioned that; I thought it was very messy, as if they were tourists just shuffling past. The whole thing was dull, and had zero panache.

That's a lovely shot!

Shame that his court jester Elon will miss the show.

No, I mean the one in 1953, when Mossadegh was overthrown and the Shah installed in a joint US - UK operation. Coup? It was something very different to that, if you look into it.

I think that, despite that nation trying to do a deal with Stalin behind Churchill's back, it was felt that everyone wanted peace, and would be on their best behaviour from then on in. But of course, it was Churchill who asked the CIA to foment the Iranian revolution, so nothing had really changed.

I would have thought that gunpowder would be pretty high on the list.

It's the most sickeningly weak and wishy washy excuse for total moral abdication that I have ever seen; it's utterly shameful.

Yes; the world's two most hated men giving each other the kind of shit we'd all like them to have. It's very fulfilling.

Nice work, well done!

Sounds like the argument is trying to make them mutually exclusive, which of course shouldn't be the case.

The Chinese exclusion act of May, 1882, all over again. The shame continues, unabated.

Incontinence pants might help.

I once had an acquaintance who was a vegan, but the restaurant he owned sold meat dishes; the ultimate in hypocrisy, you might think. Until you consider that the UK has a firearms ban, and yet sells weapons to any regime that wants to buy them.

Like Gaza? If he read the history, he would see that Russia makes deals with no-one, and has always been forced back behind its own borders. Putin's having a field day, and the war willl end when he wants it to. It's hard to negotiate with the side that's winning, anyway.

Awesome shot, and composition. It has a pleasingly primeval look about it.

I have to wonder about all of this. As a Brit, I asked how a democratic system could let him in the first time, and I was told it was one of the flaws of the electoral college system. Then, he got in AGAIN, and they're telling me, "oh, it's the electoral college system." Not the voters, then.

"Wrong" to compare, or "incorrect" to compare? There's a subtle difference; the first being of moral intention, and the second a factual comparison. Impossible to nail these people down.

Starmer can't out-Farage Farage. Never pick a fight with a pig: the pig will only enjoy it, and you'll get covered in shit.

Spot on. The Chinese government is, of course, full of Harvard trained economists, and their selection exams only allow the best and brightest into the government anyway. By contrast, America has a convicted criminal in charge, and unqualified Faux News presenters in senior government positions.

Can anyone imagine a worse nightmare than this? People being hauled off by these faceless morons is inhuman. And the government sanctions this; America, your sick and dystopian future is here.

British, bass player and photographer, living in Asia. I get back to Britain when I can, and often find the changes there a bit shocking after time away.

The Normandy invasion contained 12% of American troops. It was a joint effort, not an American victory.

He's discovered the age old recipe for success; racism, bigotry and the promise of a place in the sun for his simple minded disciples.

He neither reads nor reflects, and repeats the lies until they are eventually perceived as truth.

I live in China, and have done so for some years now. Recently on Chinese tv, his policies were described as "bad math, worse economics and an international bully at work." There's no way they'll subscribe to any of his idiocy.
