Trump told the American people he wanted to raise tariffs before the election, they voted for it.

I think ignoring polls for two years on how Democrats felt about Biden seeking a second term was very damaging.
I also think Dems need to take a very hard look at those they are promoting as the face of their party, Trump outrage alone obviously didn’t cut it.

There is actually a little bit more of a story to him. When it became clear that Garland wasn’t going to swiftly do his job Hoarse started screaming about it. The Mueller account types started engaging farming him, he stayed strong for about a month & then caved to the bullying to stay in the club.
