I have at least two people in my replies who are extremely upset that I suggested the two political assassinations of democratic politicians, yes even white ones, counts as an act of Jim Crow style terror and what is alarming is that these two accounts seem to be real people.

Yay! Protein shake issue solved. Bought "Naked Whey" protein powder (vanilla and chocolate). It is straight whey with some coconut sugar (not much very not sweet). Made up my own shake this morning mixed with my cold brew and yum! (1/2c coconut yogurt, 1/2 c coc milk, 1/2c milk, powder, cold brew.)

People really don't get that every Jewish community - every shul - is an independent jurisdiction. This has been the case *at least* since 70 CE. Yes I could try to get my synagogue to declare someone herem for the first time ever, & if I did that would affect that person's status in 1 synangogue.

OK Bsky. HELP. I need protein shake options that do not taste like shit. NO artificial sweeteners, this includes stevia, monk fruit, etc. Real. Sugar. ONLY. Closest I've found is OWYN but they use monk fruit and I can barely get it past my nose. Hell I'll make my own shakes but w what?
