I always have tons of google docs open and its hard to differentiate, so I "coded" up a quick solution as a chrome/Brave extension. Input a URL string and assign it an emoji which will show up instead of the favicon. Boom, solved.

a digital "painting" from 2021. from 2018-2020 I was doing a bunch of gig/nightlife posters and this went unused. Photoshop with some help from Content Aware Fill. 2gb file my work from this time was also an investigation of AI-*augmented* image-making before AI image *generation* really took over

people dont seem to understand that a speed limit = maximum speed, not the minimum speed. but most people understand that Blood Alcohol Limit means you cannot exceed the limit. quite interesting to observe how socially acceptable speeding has become. in some areas, youre expected to speed.

one of my favorite things I've done with my Plex/NAS setup is to create a huge playlist of passive-watch TV episodes (simpsons, seinfeld, 30 rock, curb, and so on) and then play it on shuffle while I'm doing stuff around the house. it's my own personalized tv channel. I call it JP TV 😎
