The house has passed a ban on coverage of gender care for all ages under Medicaid, CHIP and ACA plans. I don't know what to say to anyone this morning other than that the hundreds of thousands of people who are about to lose access to the care they need to stay alive deserve better than silence.

Masking should be mandatory in all healthcare settings. Hospitals and doctor’s offices are where most sick people congregate. It’s also the most likely place for more high risk people to be. You shouldn’t have to risk getting sicker or more disabled while trying to get treatment.

We know this is (barely) coded eugenics for a simple reason: he's not arguing for vaccine mandates. Getting vaccinated is a bare minimum for an individual's health maintanence duty to the larger community. It matters way more than your weight or your exercise routine.
