Yes of course they can try.
They tried an air assault on Mykolaiv, which was not as well defended and it was a bigger disaster than Hostomel.
They planned an amphibious assault of Odessa, until the Marines learnt the destination and made the ships return.
Not going to happen.

Even more hilarious. They were stopped and driven back at Mykolaiv and then driven back to Kherson and across the Dnipro. They know they can't get anywhere near Odessa, this is purely to maintain their myth of invincibility.

The NATO reconnaissance aircraft might have helped a bit as well.

The Airbus was selected for the US airforce afteracompetitivetender. Lobbying for Boeing, had the decision overturned. The Boeing tanker program had a lot of problems and the 767 is approaching obsolescence andisaninferioralternative. Surely, this is a no-brainer, even before recent events.

The opinion polls say otherwise. The British are a compassionate people who support Ukraine's struggle against this genocidal invasion.

Bill Clinton agreed that the Budapest Memorandum was a bad deal for Ukraine, because they did not guarantee Ukraine's security

It was very difficult to watch, just barbarity against defenceless civilians.

They did ask NATO for protection. Article 3 ? It worked, the bunker rat backed off very quickly.

I remember Putin did the same with a map of Ukraine, from the 1700s

It is interesting that he speaks in the third person and consistently talks down Zelensky's approval rating, which is higher than his.
It would be fascinating to have a psychologist examine this post, it could be very informative.

I think the buffoon has expressed that opinion as well. Or it might have been that Poland started the war.

Russians being Russians. This was happening at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant for years. They also tried to damage a nuclear power plant in western Ukraine. The prevailing winds blow from west to east, but grandpa is safe in the bunker.

From the look of the US Treasury Secretary sent to Ukraine, he has been told. Zelensky was very polite, but said he did not sign the document.

Do you mean a proper election, where the opposition are able to field candidates and the results are not known until the votes are counted.

I Spy Catcher by a former career MI5 officer. I believe it was banned in the United Kingdom. He stated MI5 and MI6 was more heavily infiltrated than this article indicates. It also led to positive vetting, where there is a thorough analysis of someone's background.

Not going to happen, for the same reason grandpa won't use nukes. The families of the elites live in the decadent west. It is understandable that privileged people would like to live in civilised countries.

Actually the EU rules have some teeth. Hungary has been repeatedly threatened with a suspension of voting rights, for failing to follow the EU spirit. This has already resulted in hundreds of millions being withheld. That will hurt a net receiver of EU funding.

Already happened.
September 26, an exclusive in the Financial Times indicated that Saudi Arabia is ready to abandon its unofficial oil price target of $100 per barrel, which the IMF calculates is needed to fund Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman’s ambitious Vision 2030 mega-projects.
